How to claim your money back:
1. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product, email a customer care representative at email@example.com, sharing your review and money-back request.
2. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 100 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer care representative.
3. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
4. Once we have received and inspected your return, your product purchase price will be refunded to you.
If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning, reach out to one of our customer care representative at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your email should include your reason, order number and photo/video of the damage/malfunction.
You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in. This refund is valid within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Body Fitness (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster and etc).
3. You’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
Otherwise, all sales are final.
